LOKI Hostal

The best hostal I have ever stayed at in my life! It is located on Cuenta de Santa Ana near the center of Cuzco, if anyone is interested, this is a shot from my bed in the morning!

We sang Neil Young songs, Dixie Chicks songs, Worship songs, German songs, Smurf songs, and of course Beatles songs with Anne, our German friend who did the Salkantay trek with us!

La Casa Suiza

The only thing Swiss about the 'Swiss House' we stayed in our first night in Huanchaco was that they made us pay upfront and ensured we were out by 12:00am the next day! But the cat was sweet!

Hauchaco - Northern Peru

Today at the beach on the Cigar Boat. This is the only place in Peru where they are still made and used on the ocean.

Waves and Sea Otters

800m from the highway between Trujillo and Huanchaco in Peru you will find the Chan Chan ruins. The main ceremonial plaza was adorned with stripes representing the sea's waves and sea otters. cute, no?
