Machu Pichu

An amazing location set in the Andes Mountains and an amazing site. I won't write about the sight as there are many books written about Machu Pichu or even documentaries, who can do a much better job than I could at detailing the advanced techniques they must have used to build this city.



I visited the site as part of a tour along the Inca trail and was also given a tour of the ruins. I was there during my 2 year trip around South America, for more details of my time in Peru follow the link below.
