Lima, Miraflores waterfont
There is a constant haze/fog on this coast line from April until about November, mixed with the smog from a city of 7 million this was a particularily clear view.

Huaca Pucllana, Lima
This pyriamid like ruin was started by indigenous people in around 400AD and is literally now in the middle of Miraflores, a suburb of Lima. In the 1940s about 1/3 of it was flattened for housing and up until the ealry 80s people rode motorbikes on it... conservation not such a big deal. It is now protected and archeologists have recovered many artefacts and found women and children in sacrifical tombs.
