Peru MapAndrew Campling After Ecuador we took a bus across the border to Peru and the change was instant and dramatic! As soon as we crossed the border we went from lush, green mountains to dry, baron, endless desserts. The temperature also seemed to jump up by about 10c as we passed through Peruvian immigration.
