Arrived in Huanchaco, got settled in and checked out the area. Right along the Pacific but very quiet this time of year. I am staying right on the water in a nice little place. The fisherman here fish in boats made of reeds the same as they did several hundred years ago. These boats only last 3 to 6 months. The reeds are a plant that is triangular in shape. There are also many surfers in this area as they have some of the best surfing in the world in this area. The place is known for its cebiche but until my stomach is better there may not be much going into it.
