Hi guys - all this sounds brilliant!!! The pictures look amazing.....keep them coming! The thought of sharing a room with one of those spiders is enough to make you become an insomniac! Swimming in the amazon is pretty brave.....is that why the water's brown?

Loved reading all about your trip this morning at school. Where do you find somewhere to record it when you are in the Amazon??? I am very glad I am not there, swimming in that horrible water and having a monkey on my head. Still each to his own!! Had a good weekend. Girlfriends came to stay so it was slightly wild. Good job we don't get together very often. Lucy has passed her TEFL course although the paperwork hasn't yet come through. She returns home today for a rest! Polly has moved but haven't seen the flat yet. Next week is half term. No plans but will make some. Have to go. Lots of love Viv
