had to arrive at Cusco airport at 6am for an 11am flight, but we didn´t see any major problems anywhere. However, in Lima this morning there is a full Polizia presence, including armoured vehicles and riot shields, but no action as yet. I´m poised with the camera just in case of some excitement!!! We feel very safe walking around Lima as there are always lots of police and security guards around. We´ve found that not many cafes sell decaf coffee, but Milo is popular so I´m making do with that. When I get desperate for a coffee there is always Starbucks (which does have decaf) but also has high prices. We are off to find some lunch now.
