The one place where the incas kicked the conquistador´s in the goolies thanks to the strategic positioning of the fort. And it´s one of the best examples of inca town planning still in use. I even drunk the water from an aquaduct.

(What did the romans ever do for the Inca´s????? One has to wonder. Nothing. That was hard wondering wasn´t it.)

Aslo famous for bus loads of tourists and expensive restaurants. Now even more famous (in my mind) is the 3 sol (US$1) spent on a pollo burger from the lovely lady on the side of the road.

Off to the rain forest tomorrow. Ironically the weather forecast is fine, which surely is false advertising and i´m sure some rich american tourist will point that out.

Remember what the other famous Olly said..... Keep Cool till After Cusco.
