Martin recovered and was able to come with us to visit various Inca sites around Cusco; the guide was very good and explained how the Incas had built so many religious structures to worship their many gods like the sun moon and elements like water. Its hard to appreciate how they ver managed to construct such large structures with massive stone blocks cut to fit together with almost no gaps between them.

Afterwards we went into the main square and Cusca and looked at the cathedral and some other buildings which were primarily Spanish but were often built using the stones they stole from the Inca temples and the gold which they also stole.

Everyone else seems to be feeling a bit tired and just wants to have a sleep; I plan to walk into town again to change some dollars for sols (the local currency) and have a quick look around.
