The capital of Paraguay is full of contrasts, on one side you see fat vilas of rich people living in the center and around, with nice gardens, expensive cars, etc. and on the other side there are homeless people living next to the president palace at Rio Parana's shore every year beeing flooded. officially the people say they are protesting against the government, but seems more like the homeless people found a place to live secure of the floodings at the river shore
