Flew from Quito to Cuenca, and got an early morning snap of Cotopaxi. Spent some time with Bec, on fine form. Relaxed for a couple of days, enjoying Cuenca. Then took a 10 hour bus ride back to Quito to view the chain of volcanos, but unusually was foiled by the weather. Visited the Quilotoa volcano crater, walked down into it and clambered back out.
