Mindo je mala dedinka v oblacnom lese, asi 2 hodiny autobusom a tiez nas dnesny ciel. Museli sme vstavat naozaj skoro, aby sme stihli autobus o 7.30, ktory nakoniec isiel o 8.00.
My sme sa rozhodli ist k vodopadu - Cascada Nambillo. Kracali sme opustenou cestou cez prales a chvilami sme stracali nadej ci ideme dobre.

Mindo is a small village in a cloudforest, approximately 2 hours by bus from Quito and also our todays destination. We have to get up early to catch our bus at 7.30 which in the end left at 8.00. It is a sleepy place where nothing important takes place it's just a hub for tourists. The climate of the forest was hot, humid as we imagined, but the reality was much worse.
We decided to hike to waterfall called Cascada Nambillo. We did walk through the forest and from time to time we were losing hope if we are on the right track. Also the sights were very confusing saying 200 metres to go but after 300 there was another sign with 200 metres to go on it. We didn't get tricked that we really need a ticket for a cable cabin to get to the waterfall. On last part of the track we were guarded by a very old local granpa who was like hundred, but very fit and we had to gather our stamina to keep with him. At the waterfall we took a plunge into a pool that was refreshing and we felt like being born again, but unfortunately after 20 minutes or so we felt muggy again.
