Valparaiso Revisited

Long story short... I've managed to get my hands on a card reader. Therefore... photos. Trying to figure out how to say "i need to find an SD card reader with USB" is NOT an easy thing to do. Taking the card out of the camera and pointing at it and saying "i need something to read this" does not work and makes you look like a total arsehole. Anyway, got there in the end. The whole language barrier thing is becoming less intimidating and more fun.

Traversed most on Valpo on foot today and got pretty deep into the less touristy areas, which was good fun. It doesn't feel like a particularly dangerous city at all, but apparently the puerto area has a bad rep for street crime because of all the tourists. There is also a massive crowd in the plaza de armas because they have the pod that they pulled the miners out with on display and people are taking photos with it and they're selling shirts and things. Much excitement.
