This is the same hill we climbed previously.
This is the same hill we climbed previously, across the road from the Monte Carlo, although your view is the opposite side :-) Why was there concerns about attacks, do you mean like muggings? anyway good you got to climb it.

Gangs of youths are the biggest problem
I was attempting to climb it too early alone...recommend that I come back at the peak tourist attraction hours between 10am to 3pm.
