Rio airport 3rd time around!!

So Gus and his motherly mother arrived as promised at the flat at 3.20 and proceeded in broken English to ask if we had had a good time. After agreeing with them last week to leave around 5pm, we left at 3.30pm, avoiding rush hour but getting to the airport 6hrs before flight time!!!

When we arrived the self check in machines weren't working, but a nice American woman checked us in and said we could go through! Happy days!

We spent the rest of our little reals $ on snacks and drinks and have played Winter Olympics and Yahtzee and eyespy!! Rock and roll!! NYC here we come!!!
