8^th - 15^thFebruary – Ascension to Fernando

Had the most dream run from Ascension. In 8 days we did not made a sail change once. We've had light, but consistent winds and have been averaging at least 5 kts each day. Beautiful sunny days, perfect sailing conditions and all happy and well on board!! Bananas have ripened and I”ve had bananas on cereal every morning, plus bananas for snacks. They're only very small, but very sweet. We sailed quite close to Tinopai most of the way until the last couple of days when they got about 15nm ahead. Boomerang will be about 2 days behind.
