Today, I left for Rio de Janerio, excited, tired and ready for the best time of my life. After staying in the Yo hotel in Heathrow, which was pretty crazy, I embarked on a 12 hour flights, only to be accompanied by a charming Great British Athlete, so the flight was quite interesting!!

Tom meet me in the airport we waited for Eanna and Fiona to arrive and we all headed to our hostel walk on the beach in Copacabana. We meet Nadav(Israel) and Sharon(Holland) and Ryan(Belfast) and all went into Lapa till the small hours to check out some Samba parties and Brazilian local music. Brillant begining.
