Day 4 we got up at 4 and travelled to Iguassu. Bit of an early start but it meant we packed a lot in. We decided at last minute to take a helicopter flight and it was amazing, Steve liked the bit where we banked over I couldn't believe Iguassu was so huge. Travelling to the falls through the forest was beautiful but the falls are breathtaking. Widest falls in the world and the sun did shine and words can't describe, neither can pictures, you have to be here. Great crowd we are travelling with and as our Aussie friends would say it was awesome. On our return to the hotel we visited a bird park where we sat in the cage with the parrots and parakeets the birds flew around us as if we were encroaching on their territory. We then went to an all you can eat buffet with show of Latin American dancing and singing good value for £30 but we had been up for twenty hours so bed was most welcome.

Day 5 After a delicious breakfast!, (Harry), we had muesli and fresh fruit and cake, we went to the Argentinian side of the falls. It

rained the whole day but that did not dampen the experience, what saturated us apart from the wonder of nature was the speedboat ride in to the falls. It was exhilerating and although soaked through we couldn't stop smiling.

We returned and sat in the very warm pool drinking caprihanas probably spelt wrong but who cares. Have to finish as we have to be up and left by 4.20 am to fly to Paraty

HI guys, we have subscribed to the blog so now following your progress. We didn't get to Argentina or Brazil so enjoying the photos and wondering when we'll get back to South America. Rob really wants to hit Patagonia for fly fishing! Have fun
