We took a bus from the border of Argentina to Campo Grande, the starting point for our trip to the Pantanal. We quickly realised that Brazil buses were no where near as good as Argentina, and as a result we got no sleep on the 16 hour overnight journey!
When we arrived we signed up for a 4 day trip to the pantanal, and joined 6 other backpackers (plus 1 holiday maker - Analisa!) for an adventure into the worlds biggest wetlands http://www.pantanaltrekking.com

We are back
Back from our holidays - really missed looking at the blog. Tried at sea but was unsuccessful are you surprised! I think not. Great photos - did you find the anacondas? looks by your face Emma you were not too keen on finding one especially as you appear to be walking throught the slush in your bare feet carrying your trainers.
