Well first things frist, we~ve put up a load more photos, including our Pantanal trip ones, so check them out. We put the Bonito ones on the Pantanal blog, and vise versa... by mistake. We´ve now departed sunny Bonito and arrived in sunny Curumba - it´s been consistenty in the 30s the last few days. We are Laura and Dom, we are both orginaly from Bristol in the UK and currently teaching English in Iida, Japan; and loving it! We have had some amazing adventures, in 2005 we spent ten weeks in South America seeing a snapshot of Brazil, Boliva and a little bit of Peru. We then popped to Spain for 6 weeks, Slovenia for 2 1/2 and then we popped to Poland for Laura's 21st birthday. Then I think we went to Amsterdam, but can't really remember! Isn´t South America Marvellous?
Good isn´t it? Loving the taxi rides especially. And the food...stunning! And the people...awesome! I could live here. When will you be in my fair country (Peru?) Didn´t really take to Lima but in general the place is terrific. Warning though..the Inca Trail is booked up completely. And remember when you see all these amazing sights, Peru has an underbelly ... In the shanty town in which I am based there is unbelievable poverty... Happy travelling!
