Ochutnali nekolik druhu ovoce, nektere opravdu divne a Julian pojmenoval snad vsechny druhy stromu a kvetin.
Jeste jsme si dali par mang z mangovniku, nasedli a v 7 byli zpatky.
This morning a little miracle took place - our guide said that he would meet us at 7 and he had been there!!! We had a little incident with a landlady wanting us to pay now/very unusual/ probaly knowing that we were not happy about dog poo yesterday and want some solution. We told her we would pay when we get back. Got on the jeep and set off for an hour through the jungle, crossed 4 small rivers. After that just jungle itself, us in the middle. Everywhere just green, sweaty and lots of flying insect. we saw some birds, tarantulas, hundreds os butterflies, footprints of tapir, puma
and bambi and noise of monkeys. Ants are everywhere and if u stop for a second they will crawl all over or if u look down u can clearly see a proper ants motorway. We tasted a few kinds of fruit - some quite awful and Julian named all the kinds of trees and plants. Just before the end Julian stopped to see the monkeys but few seconds later Kate started to run and scream manically...We didnt know what is going on but ran after her, then i noticed she is covered by wasps, that we gradually killed while running. After 100metres we stopped to lick our wounds. Kate was still shaking, we checked ourselves - Julian got 1, me got 2, Kate was a clear winner with 5 stings cos standing nearest to the nest. She was in quite a pain, and Julian had to praise her for being brave...It could very easily end up much worse, but thanks to our clothes and Kates incredibly fast pace we did manage to get out. we had some delicious from a mango tree, got on and were back by 7.
