Arrived in Bariloche a few days ago. Can´t remember when. The days all seem to be fusing into one another! It´s a lake side town in the Argentinian Andes. It´s very European in style. To be honest if you covered your ears so you couldn´t hear the Spanish you could be in a Swiss Alpine resort, but it is so beautiful. Right now out of my hostel window I can see towering snow capped peaks hovering above the lake that is deadly peacful at the moment. We have been skiing in the resort a few hundred meters higher in a place calle Cerro Catedral ad the views from there are out of this world; I´ve never seen anything like it. While your in a white winter wonderland below is the lake and lush green forestand enourmous mountains as far as the eye can see. The snow isn´t that great for skiing at the mo, but we did get a good days skiing in and it has been snowing alot so were going to have another day on Saturday. Anyway got to go; there is a queue for the PC. Going into town for chocolate tasteing today! Mmmmmm!!!! Laters XXX
It's actually now 5 months later and I am now in New Zealand, but I have just realised that I never actually published this blog! It's short and sweet! Bariloche was a great town and we did some fantastic walking here too, but I don't have the pics any more as they are back in sunny England! Adios
