Un orage aujourd’hui qui a bien rafraichi, mais pas question de mettre le nez dehors pendant 3 heures. Puis, comme les escargots, visite de l’AUTRE point culturel du village, la maison de l’écrivain Horacio Quiroga, inconnu pour moi mais très célèbre en Argentine. Pauvre homme, il a eu bien des malheurs personnels, mais en tout cas sa maison est bien située avec forêt de bambous qui fait office d’éco musée, quand même à 3 km du village, et non je n’y suis pas allée en VTT.

Puis looongue attente jusqu’à 1h pour le départ du bus

A big storm today was welcome to freshen up everything, but so strong you just don’ want to go outside for 3 hours. After it stopped, I went to visit the OTHER cultural attraction of the village, the house of the writer Horacio Quiroga. I never heard of him but he is apparently very famous in Argentina (and San Ignacio!). The poor guy had lots of personal dramas but his house is well located 3 km away from the village (no I didn’t go by bike). His life and stories are explained in the bamboo forest around the garden.

Then long wait before catching my night bus at 1 am
