This is just a quick stop in Buenos Aires. We are here for a couple of days and the we fly to Patagonia. We had to get a hotel with cable so Matt could watch the football (Aust V Urugauy). Which of course turned out to be a great thing seeing we won!!!

Buenos Aires seems like a really great city. Matt walks around drooling with all the parillas we see (BBQ places). We havenĀ“t done a whole lot, just explore. We did go to the cemetery where Eva Peron (Evita) is buried. She is in her family vault which is in this amazing cemetery. The place has high walls and inside, little streets with family vaults. It is amazing to see. It does sound morbid but you wander around checking these things out. They range in age and style. There are ones that are very simple and plain and others with huge statues and columns and all sorts. Some you can see these lovely little altars in. Some are several levels and are piled high with coffins. Again a very unusual thing but definitely worth checking out.
