Edit Blog Post
Hi everyone, hope you are all well. We are both having a suberb time and loving South America! This is our first blog and we are not sure what we are doing so bare with us while we find our feet. We have already had one little disagreement over this blog in a very sweaty Argentinian internet cafe and abandoned the blog operation, but we are ready to try again.
After a long flight to Argentina we spent a few days in Buenos Aires which was fantastic city but the shopping was too good and we had to leave before temptation got the better of us, we have no more room in our backpacks anyway! The steak and the beer where very cheap as was everything which we have come to realise now we have arrived in Rio (more about Rio later).
Our first excursion was to Boca Juniors football stadium. (guys as you can imagine Kerri was thrilled by this, all the way to South Amercia for a tour of the Football stadium).
From Buenos Aires it was 18 hours on a coach to take us to Iguazu falls, the falls are the 2nd biggest in the world and where
Boca
Boca Football Stadium something else, the pictures dont really do them justice. We did a speedboat trip under the falls and got absoloutley soaked but it was well worth it.
We then had the bright idea of getting a coach for 21 hours to get to Rio where are now but thats for the next blog. To be honest it is not as bad as it sounds the coaches are better than any plane, you have loads of room and get well fed and watered usually with the odd glass of champagne thrown in. They also have movies - in Spanish, its amazing how engrossed you get even though we cant understand a word of it. We will be doing Spanish lessons in 2 weeks and cant wait as we have struggled to understand the menus and want abit of variety in our diet (now we are in Brazil where they speak Portuguese it is even worse and we have been living on cheese puffs and bread rolls). Thanks to Jake´s mum for suppying us with Haribos we are just about getting by!
All in all Argentina has been great and the rest of South America has a lot to live up to.

Love to everyone
