Bolivia From Cusco, Peru, we took a train to Lake Titicaca. Straddling the border between Peru and Bolivia, Lake Titicaca is the highest navigable lake in the world (12,506 ft). It was delicious. Plus, they didn't bother us with menus, just kept bringing out food and wine.

Steve convinced them to skip the tour and go right to the tasting which itself was two hours long.
