The Astro Cafe at the end of Middle Earth's Galaxy

After a quite long drive up to the land of the turquoise lakes we passed a couple water power plants. Then we stopped at Lake Pukaki where we enjoyed the view to the snow covered Mount Cook. That was actually the closest view we got, due to an unfortunate lack of time.
