Up and packed reasonably early this morning. We wanted to get to Holkham Hall so that we could see the house and gardens and possibly get to York in time for evensong at 4.00pm. A big ask given that it was about 3 and a half hours from Holkam to York. Weather was quite pleasant, although cool. We set off and arrived at Holkham about 11am.
