Hola! We made it safely! We arrived in Quito on last night and thank goodness had a driver waiting at the airport to pick us up. It was late so we just went straight to our hostel and went to bed. This morning we got up and hit the streets, we walked aroung for about 3 hours just trying to get a feel of the city. We ate lunch at a small Ecuadorian restaurant, $6 for both of our huge meals!
