Chichen Itza
To bring your tent and camp in Piste was obviously a master stroke Marcos. To be able to wander the ruins at your pace without the hordes of tourists sounds like an experience I cannot find the words for the delight and interest that must have resulted. Seeing this Mayan mask carved in stone I think it must have been fascinating to see the difference in style between Mayan and Aztec carvings.

Chichen Itza
Truly it was an unforgettable experience cause the hordes of tourist there was impressive but I still got to take pictures without many people around the ruins. Piste was super and the local people very friendly. I love both styles but Mayan carvings are my favourite, personally. I am happy to have had the opportunity to visit most of the archeological sites in Mexico,it as very interesting and cultureful.
