Fred feeling better today so thank the Lord for small mercies! Vivienne,Rick and Jean-Paul travelled to Franschhoek to meet us for lunch. We went to nearby restaurant called French Connection and had a three hour lunch which was very good. Fred was being a bit cautious so didn't have anything to drink.
