Inverewe Gardens, Gruinard Bay, 3 seasons in half an hour, beautiful beaches and lighthouses! May 7th 2005 We toured Inverewe Gardens Saturday morning beside Loch Ewe. It has different types of exotic plants and started in1862. At times we would try to take shelter under the trees from the rain, but it didn't work well. Traveling is my favorite thing to do and have incorporated it into my job as a traveling nurse. My first overseas trip was to Scotland in 1999 which I adored! I have also been to Ireland twice, northern part of England, Scotland again, the Galapagos Islands, Germany, Poland, Hungary, Austria, Slovakia and Czech Republic. I want to visit as many US states and countries as I can.
