Bonjour à tous, Ce matin à 8 h, j'avais déjà fait 100km. Hier au soir 9h au lit malgré ma petite sieste, j'ai fait une grosse nuit jusqu'à 6h. Cette grosse chaleur, toujours entre 38 et 44°, a raison de mon énergie. Ce matin au départ c'était déjà 30.
