Well that pollution and dusk finally caught up to me, Mussinex, Allegra D, and Advil were not working. Karin, so glad you had those oils too! You can take them as often as you need, they are very supportive to our respiratory system. Drink one to two drops each of Lemon, lavender and peppermint in a glass of water each day day. Love ya!

I have been putting a couple drops of lemon in warm water. Will try mixing the others.
