First Day Recount

March 25th 2016
We left about 15 minutes late. It snowed all day but the roads were wet and not bad driving for the most part. There was light fog until dusk, with occasional light rain or snow. Snain as some call it. We saw one herd of about 20 deer in woods earlier on and then as it was getting darker Santa's 9 white tail deer crossed the highway a short but safe distance ahead of us.
