Walking around Brussels is easy and fun. There are lots of great sites near our hotel - interesting arvhitecture, statues, fountains, and more. There are always tons of other folks out walking too. Are you sure it was that warm?
Despite you being so warm, most of the other people in the photos seem to have a different idea based on their attire. Also...I'm glad Brendan posed in imitation of this statue and not the Mannekin Pis statue.

As in the UK, most folks here wear coats and a lot have scarves as well. We almost always feel hot. I think the humidity is just higher here so even on a 60 degree day we feel warm.
