Posing at Cape Point

At the south-easterly tip of the continent, this is Cape Point. Behind me is the very far side of False Bay. Interestingly enough Cape Point is not the furthest point south on the continent. That accolade belongs to Cape Agulhas. I cycled the 35 odd kilometres from Muizenburg but only made it back as far as Simonstown. It was a hire bike with an impossibly rock-hard seat which had rather painful consequences.
