Cell - Alcatraz

This is one of the mocked up cells, using one of the "heads" fashioned by prisoners who disappeared from Alcatraz after scooping out the cinderblock walls with the spoons... They did escape but while the raft was found, dashed against the rocks, the prisoners were never found. Did they escape to South America, or did they just disappear beneath the waves. I guess we'll never know...

hello world... As you can see we got to Alcatraz today. Hubs and I have never been there and neither have our daughters, so the aim was to be out early today. e were up at 6am and grabbed a quick breakfast (amid a small amount of drama...) then we headed out early.
