Monday 18th September 2006 We stopped off at the Moeraki Boulders and then again at Omaru for a coffee break. We then turned inland stopping at Pukaki and Tekapo lakes and stayed overnight at Methvan. I had been on holidays to Europe and a bit further afield, but never done the proper 'Round the World' backpacking adventure. I started planning for that very event in 2004.
