This is what I and many of my coworkers had for lunch. It includes charque (dried llama), a chicken thigh, beef tongue, tripe and lots of potatoes. I ate all the meat but I couldn't get through the starch.

After working in Bolivia for six months, I decided that Latin America is where I should be at the moment. My original plans where to travel around the world for a year, but now I am focusing on South and Central America for the next year of my life.
