After castle visit, it was warm again 30C. We were recommended to look at oldest bridge on Rhine at Remangen, but just really old towers remain today. Wanted drive up Rhine gorge, too see barge trafic & nearmiss's. We did see a double barge being towed up river, probably 200m long boat. Koblenze, big statue. Family man, live in Northumberland, with Heather and 3 grown children. Engineer, design, build and mostly fix machinery, travel worldwide.
