Mount MacKay - Hike to the Top

Ahhh, that's much better....steps. Unfortunately, steps for the Sleeping Giant and much too big to just "step up"...but better than the muddy swamp below. And hopefully not much more till the top...I mean, I can see the tops of trees...it can't be that much more...could it?!!!

Slept until 06:00 hr...retirement habits are hard to break. Up and unplugging all the batteries that were charging overnight...quick breakfast with another couple from Emo, ON, in town for some surgery.....also a military type, but not so talkative.
