The benifit of indoor plumbing.

Most of the houses in the slums have no form of plumbing. At night, since it is not safe to go out, one's business is done in a plastic bag. In the morning the plastic bag is tossed onto a garbage dump thus creating the term, "flying toilets" in the slums.
