Determined to see some of these windmills up close, we looked up the best spot to go and found Zaanse Schans which is a tourist place on the Zaan River. In one courageous or completely out of our minds crazy leap my husband, our daughter and I have left our current place of residence, packed up our current lives and decided to take off to Europe for three and a half months.
