Lake Matheson

The waters here are known to give mirror-like reflections of the mountains, including Mt Cook in the distance. Unfortunately it was too breezy and cloudy when I was there, so this is best shot I got.
Long-overdue New Zealand update: Crazy campervans, mud bathing, glacier trekking, frosty atmospheres and the ubiquitous sand flies . . .

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL! I've done it again. Left it far too long between entries that it's nearly impossible to remember everything I have done since my last update - but I'm going to try!
