We went to see the Cuenca Symphony tonight and it was really great. It was very unusual hearing Pink Floyd's Another Brick in the Wall being played by a symphonic orchestra. One of the cello players was really getting into everything he played. Check out picture #17. The auditorium is rather small, but the sound is great. June 2012, Roger asked me how I would like to retire and move to Ecuador! I thought he would grow out of it, but as we explored the possibilities it became more exciting that we could actually have this adventure. We went on an exploratory trip to Cuenca Ecuador in December 2012 and fell in love with the city and the people. After a lot of praying and asking for the Lord's blessing over this decision we will be moving to Cuenca in October 2013.
