As far as cities go Melbourne is a good un! It has a different if not better feel to it than Sydney, its more laid back with just as many, although not as iconic, things to gawp at. We are staying at the All Nations Travellers Motel in the St Kilda area just South of the city centre, and are happy to report that its a very good hostel with a good mix of nationalities.
