'Maisons alsaciennes'

This half-timbered, steep-roofed architectural is very typical of the Alsace region. Lots of dark wood and heavy timbered furniture completes the interior...they're charming! These are on the Fisherman's Wharf on the bank of the Ile River which used to be the primary port area of the city.
