Studio view. He leases out areas to several young artists. On the other side of the walls on one side is a studio making wood boxes, another studio glazing large figure sculptures, another with two young screaming kids and the far end lots of people that like to argue. Top this off with competing radios and I think of graduate school at Alfred.
