We traveled by regional train to Kassel from Marburg. An hour's trip at a cost of 40 euros for 2. Not cheap! Alighted at the Wilhelmshohe Bahnhof which is about 4 km west of the city centre. I travel with Greg, my husband and when we travel we usually are away from home for 3 months. We started this sort of travel in 2010 when we travelled mainly through Central Europe; in 2011 we traveled for 3 months in Greece (my birth country); in 2012 we travelled in mainly northern Italy and France.
